Eligibility for benefits should be renewed on an annual basis, with these benefits being granted once a year.
Names must be consistent across the form, Identification, and supporting document.
Your GCOO Access benefit can be revoked if any errors, fraudulent activity, or illegal behavior is detected.
The % discount coupon is only applicable to the fare excluding the unlock fee.

You can purchase a network-connected prepaid card both offline and online and register the card number to use our service.
After obtaining a digital card number online, you can register the card number to use our service.
Educational Outreach
GCOO will work closely with its community liaisons to promote GCOO Access, guide customers on how to sign up for our service, and provide education on safe riding practices.
We will conduct outreach at local events hosted by advocacy and community organizations, local colleges, and universities, as well as organize our promotional activities.
