GBike, which operates the personal mobility (PM) sharing platform GCOO, is conducting an eco-friendly shopping promotion in collaboration with Shinsegae Points.

This promotion, aiming to spread a culture of low-carbon, eco-friendly shopping, will take place for a month from May 17th to June 16th. Through the nation's largest electric bicycle sharing service, GBike plans to assist customers visiting E-Mart, E-Mart Everyday, and E-Mart24 to experience convenient and environmentally friendly shopping.

During the event period, members who visit E-Mart, E-Mart Everyday, and E-Mart24 using a GCOO electric bicycle will be entered into a raffle to win prizes including a GCOO coupon pack worth 10 million won and Shinsegae Points worth 1 million won. By accessing the event page through the Shinsegae Points app and collecting at least two visit stamps, participants can enter the draw.

Furthermore, new users who sign up for the GCOO app during the promotion period will receive three 2,000-won discount coupons for electric bicycle rides. Even those who use the GCOO service for the first time can participate in the event with no cost burden, thus lowering the barrier to entry for eco-friendly shopping.

Meanwhile, GBike is working to socially expand eco-friendly mobility by utilizing shared PM services in various regions. Currently, in collaboration with the Korea Energy Agency, Seoul's public bike sharing system Ttareungyi, and the Seoul Energy Corporation, they are participating in an initiative to spread the use of bicycles in Seoul called 'Commuting Energy • Charity Riding.'
