Today we've prepared an interview with the new recruits of GCOO's 2nd public recruitment✍

Let's go hear the detailed story of Bella from the Strategic Planning Team, who joined us despite the fierce competition! 🚀


Q1. Hello, could you please introduce yourself?

Hello, I'm Bella from the GCOO Strategic Planning Team.

I work in a team that explores new business opportunities and sets the overall future strategic direction for the company.

Q2. Why did you decide to join GCOO?

I was interested in the PM industry and wanted to work at GCOO, the industry leader, which led me to join.

Q3. What was your perception of GCOO before and after joining?

I thought it might be a vertical atmosphere, but after joining GCOO, I felt that it's really a horizontal atmosphere where employees can freely exchange opinions in a comfortable environment.

Q4. Your reflections on working for 6 months after joining

First of all, I felt our company allows a great deal of autonomy in work, and if a newcomer has an idea and can provide valid reasoning, they can take the initiative and have a broad experience.

Q5. The benefits of working at GCOO

The biggest benefit seems to be the flexible dress code and flexible work hours, and being able to work in a free atmosphere using English names is also a plus of our company.


Q6. Any particular concerns you have in your work?

Serving in the Strategic Planning Team, I think my biggest concern is how to logically persuade others about my plans and how to apply them concretely in business.

Q7. What do you do when work is not going well?

We tend to have coffee time with my team members. We refresh our minds during coffee time and try to create a work environment that helps us to get back to work refreshed.

Q8. What kind of employee would you like to become in the future?

I'd like to become an employee who can efficiently communicate and coordinate opinions.
