Hello, this is GCOO😊
Meet the second part of the GCOO New Recruits Interview Series!
Development Team 2's Noel will tell us in detail about his journey to joining GCOO🚀
Q1. Hello, could you please introduce yourself?
Hello, I am Noel, responsible for IoT communications in Development Team 2.
Q2. Why did you join G-Bike?
Even before I joined, I was a frequent user of GCOO scooters, which sparked my interest in shared mobility services, leading me to join G-Bike.
Q3. What was your perception of GCOO before and after joining?
Honestly, before joining, I thought it would be a small company since it's a startup, but after joining, I was surprised by the high number of employees and how systematic and solid the company is.
Q4. Reflections on your first six months at work
Working at G-Bike, I feel like I can find a wide range of experiences and joys within a fast-growing service. I think it's a great company with plenty of opportunities for developers to grow.
Q5. The advantages of working at G-Bike
It's fantastic because it's near the subway, making commuting easy, and remote work is also an option.
Q6. An episode that caught you off guard
Since I am a newcomer, there was a time when I was only deploying in the test environment and forgot to deploy on the live server, which caused some panic.
Q7. What I do when work doesn't go smoothly
I head to the snack bar! We have a snack bar in our office, and personally, I like jelly, so I take a break and cool off with some jelly.
Q8. What kind of employee do you want to become in the future?
As a developer, I still have a lot to learn, but I would like to accumulate experiences one at a time and become a perpetually growing developer.
That was the interview with Noel from GCOO🎤
Stay tuned for more GCOO interviews in the future.
Please look forward to the next episode :)
