[Main Responsibilities]

  • Inbound call customer service

  • Messenger customer service

  • Bulletin board management tasks

  • Miscellaneous administrative duties related to customer support


[Applicant Qualifications]

  • Education: High school diploma or higher

  • Individuals with a positive mindset and disposition

  • Interest and understanding of personal mobility

  • No restrictions on overseas travel or business trips

  • Male candidates must have completed or be exempt from military service


[Preferred Qualifications]

  • Priority for applicants with relevant experience (1 year or more)

  • Holders of industrial safety certification


[Working Conditions]

  • Employment Type: Full-time (3-month probationary period)

  • Location: Head Office (28, Teheran-ro 4-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul)

  • Work Type: 5-days work week (Mon-Fri, public holidays off)

  • Working Hours: 09:00 ~ 18:00, staggered commuting hours and telecommuting (1-2 times per week) in operation
