Gbike (CEO Jong-soo Yoon), which operates the Personal Mobility (PM) sharing service platform 'GCOO,' has received a plaque of appreciation from the Road Traffic Authority (Chairman Lee Joo-min) for its efforts to create a safe traffic environment for personal mobility devices.

GCOO is the number one company in shared personal mobility in Asia, and last year signed a business agreement with the Road Traffic Authority to 'spread a culture of safe kickboard use.' As a part of this, they have collaborated in various sectors, including conducting safety education aimed at forming a culture of using personal mobility devices such as shared electric kickboards.

As part of the agreement, they conducted PM safety education in conjunction with the Road Traffic Authority at the '2023 Traveling Traffic Safety Experience Class' hosted by the Ministry of Public Administration and Safety, providing over 20 safety education opportunities to middle and high school students in regions lacking such facilities and contributing to the elimination of educational blind spots.

Furthermore, they collaborated on the creation of user-customized educational content based on data sharing of key usage data for the analysis and prevention of PM traffic accidents and jointly carried out related promotional activities.
