G-Bike, the operator of the personal mobility (PM) sharing platform GCOO, is now offering a new service integrated with AI technology. With these newly launched features, GCOO users can expect to obtain more convenient and accurate information.
The first feature is the ‘Ask AI GPT’ function within the GCOO app, utilizing the chatbot service powered by Open AI's 'chat GPT'. The 'Ask Chat GPT' function can answer questions not only about how to use the GCOO service and its policies but can also respond to general inquiries on various topics. For example, if asked about beaches accessible via GCOO, it would recommend beaches within the service area such as Haeundae and Gwangalli, thereby helping to resolve a wide range of user curiosities.

The second feature is an in-app translation service, which also incorporates GPT AI technology. As the service is currently expanding overseas in countries like the United States and Thailand, it has been planned for our diverse global user base. The GCOO app provides translation features in various languages, including English, Thai, Japanese, Chinese, and Vietnamese, enhancing accessibility for multinational customers.
The third feature is an AI parking photo recognition system. G-Bike has released this feature after months of research and development to establish a proper PM parking culture and to improve the urban PM parking environment.
When a user uploads a parking photo after using PM, the AI parking photo recognition feature is activated. It verifies if the parking is done correctly and sends an alert to the user if the parking is improper, guiding towards correct parking practices. Moreover, if a photo uploaded does not include the PM, it sends a notification to the user, treats the photo as private, and provides instructions for retaking the shot. Through this, the GCOO app is expected to raise the standard of PM parking discipline.
Yoon Jong-su, CEO of G-Bike, expressed his delight: "I am pleased to introduce a smarter GCOO app with the enhancement of AI features." He also added, "Going forward, we will apply AI features across various services, including PM driving and data analysis, to deliver innovative functions that global users can experience firsthand."
