Hello, I'm Kkobi, in charge of UX at GCOO. Recently, I undertook the role of PM for a complex project transitioning our customer service channel to 'ChannelTalk', where I personally managed a variety of tasks including negotiations and contracts, database migration, chat interface design, and the production of AI-based TTS greetings for phone calls. Especially challenging in this project was the dedication to a new endeavor that combined music with UX design through 'GCOOSong', one of the various sub-projects for transitioning the customer service channels.


Creative Approach to Music Production: Suno AI

'GCOOSong' was created using Suno AI, a cutting-edge artificial intelligence composition tool. This tool leverages the capabilities of AI to automatically generate melody, rhythm, and harmony, embedding our brand's sentiments and identity into the music. The music generated by Suno AI went beyond standardized tracks to musically express GCOO's unique character. During this process, about 500 different songs were created, with each being written, composed, and delicately adjusted in tone and style to fit GCOO's brand. The song that best matched GCOO's identity was selected as the final 'GCOOSong'. This song plays a significant role in strengthening the emotional connection between GCOO and its users, enriching the brand experience.


The Role and Purpose of 'GCOOSong'

The music serves as the first sound that greets customers when they connect to the customer service center, replacing the traditional phone ringtone. This strategic decision plays an important role in imprinting GCOO's innovative and friendly image from the first impression. 'GCOOSong' effectively conveys the brand's core values and emotions, and motivates users to experience positive feelings while using our services.


The Fusion of Technology and Art

The introduction of Suno AI showcases how technology and art can be effectively combined. This technology emphasizes the emotional aspect in the process of designing user experiences, making interactions with customers more human and appealing. Music production utilizing AI offers a new way for brands to emotionally connect with customers.


Conclusion

Through the 'GCOOSong' project, we explored ways to maximize the brand experience by combining technology and creativity. Such creative approaches play a crucial role in enhancing GCOO's brand values and establishing a sustainable emotional connection with users. At GCOO, we plan to continue these innovative efforts to consistently improve the user experience.
