The fifth story in the GCOO interview series✍🏻
We met with GCOO user Ms. Yuyeon Lee🎤
Q1. Could you please introduce yourself briefly?
Hello, I am Yuyeon Lee, a 24-year-old university student.
Q2. What made you start using GCOO?
I was looking for a way to save time while juggling school and a part-time job,
and there happened to be GCOO available in front of the school, so I started to use it.
Q3. How often do you use GCOO?
As a senior, I have a lot of free periods, so I manage to balance my studies and part-time job. I think I use it about 3 to 4 times a day to go back and forth.
Q4. Are there any difficulties managing both your studies and a part-time job?
The physical demands are probably the hardest part.
After finishing my part-time job, I’m exhausted and just want to go home and rest,
but with GCOO, I can travel comfortably and quickly, so I feel reassured having it around!
Q5. How has using GCOO changed things for you?
I've been able to save a lot of time.
Since the places I work are mostly near my school or home, it’s been awkward to take public transit or taxis,
but with GCOO, I can take shortcuts or side streets and save much time!
Q6. Was the cost of transportation ever a burden?
Since I often commute back and forth, there were times when taking public transportation without transfers could cost nearly 10,000 won a day,
but with GCOO, I spend much less thanks to benefits like the 12-hour transfer system and student discounts.
Q7. Do you have any personal tips for using GCOO?
Sometimes when I urgently search for GCOO, it’s hard to spot them.
Then, I usually head towards the main roads because that's often where they are located!
Q8. Who would you recommend GCOO to?
I would recommend it to people like me who are pressed for time and need to move quickly or who travel around a lot.
It’s really the best for short-distance travel.
Q9. Lastly, a word to GCOO
There are often times when I have to go home late at night after finishing my part-time job,
and having GCOO makes me feel safe, and I can go home securely thanks to it.
I’m grateful for providing a safe means of transportation
and I will continue to use GCOO frequently!
